We accept exchanges for size or defect issues within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange is only possible if the item is in stock.
For size exchanges, the item must be returned unused and in original condition.
We will dispatch the replacement item once the original item is received and inspected.

Pack the item securely and hand it over to the courier assigned by us.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll initiate your refund or exchange.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
Return shipping is free if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
In other cases, return shipping charges may apply and will be deducted from your refund.
