Exchanges

• We accept exchanges for size or defect issues within 7 days of delivery.

• Exchange is only possible if the item is in stock.

• For size exchanges, the item must be returned unused and in original condition.

• We will dispatch the replacement item once the original item is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Customized or altered items

• Gift cards or vouchers

Return Process

2. Our team will review and confirm return eligibility.

3. Pack the item securely and hand it over to the courier assigned by us.

4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll initiate your refund or exchange.

Refund Timeline

• Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

Shipping Charges

• Return shipping is free if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
